Michelle Elise Shock is a USEF/USHJA professional trainer & former national competitive champion. Michelle has worked over the years assisting US Equestrian team members for their training programs with both amateur riders & children, prepping them for performance riding and show circuits. Michelle is a working stunt professional & actress in film & television. Notable shows she has ridden, stunt coordinated, and/or trained performers for include: "Roswell New Mexico", "Snowfall", "Dead for a Dollar", "Prom", "Calamity Jane" and more. Michelle is a dedicated mentee of the Delongis Weapons Method under the guidance of Anthony & Mary Delongis, as well as a member of the International Shinkendo Federation, studying Japanese swords with the founding "Honbu Dojo" under the Obata family, and mounted archery specialist with fundamentals drawn from her HBA training with mentor Hilary Merrill & Wojtek Osiecki's "Balanced Method".

Kelci Wailes
Assistant Trainer, EGALA coach, Western & Eventing Specialist
Kelci is a veteran equestrian of 29 years getting her start as a Western pleasure competitor & moving her way into Three Day Eventing, training under names such as Andrea Phiffer, Janice Keith (sister of Olympic team member, Matt Brown). She has also trained in clinics with professionals such as Buck Brannaman (the horse whisperer). In 2018, Kelci was certified as an equine specialist in the EGALA method, helping individuals with mental health through equine assisted growth & learning. Kelci has been a longtime trainer with The Equerry since 2019 helping train performers within the acting and stunt communities for film, television, print, and commercial work.
